1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 cup (250 mL) diced green pepper
1 cup (250 mL) chopped celery
1 cup (250 mL) 100% Ontario Honey
1 cup (250 mL) white vinegar
1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped onion
1 tsp.(5 mL) salt
In a small saucepan, combine honey, vinegar, onion and salt.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Pour over prepared vegetables and toss lightly. Cover and chill several hours. Keeps well when refrigerated.
