Apple Honey Crepe Filling

Directions
Melt butter in a 12-inch pan over medium-high heat. Add the apples and saute until lightly browned (about five minutes). Transfer the apples to a bowl and set aside.
Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, apple cider and butter to the pan. Cook until the sauce starts to thicken and is syrupy - it takes only a few moments.
Remove from heat and pour sauce over apples. Keep this sauce warm as you prepare the crepes. Tastes great topped with vanilla ice cream.
