Directions
In a 1 quart saucepan, heat honey and butter just until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in orange rind, orange juice, and the orange extract. Pour into a jar or container.
Seal and store in fridge. Reheat to serve warm over fruit salad, cake, ice cream, etc. Makes about 1 cup.
