Honey Glaze for Chicken

Cook roughly 1Kg of chicken pieces coated with flour, salt, and pepper in a heavy frying pan for about 15 minutes on medium heat,
Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken. Continue cooking, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes, basting occasionally. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
