    Ingredients

1 tbsp Fresh Grated Orange Peel

1 tbsp Grated Almonds (about 4 almonds)

    1 tbsp Ontario Honey

3 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil (Optional)

    drops of Water as needed

    2. Moisten face and neck with water first and apply the scrub to the face and neck using small circular motions
    3. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry
    4. Apply a moisturizing cream
The orange peel contains citric acid and vitamin C and the ground almond and honey are excellent for exfoliating and softening the skin.  After exfoliation the skin is better able to absorb the moisturizing cream.  Note:  The mixture is very orange and will look orange as you apply it to the face and hands but does not stain the skin orange.

    Ingredients

    Ingredients

    4 tbsp Olive Oil

    3 tbsp Ontario Honey

6 Drops Lavender Essential Oil or your favourite scent (Optional)

    Directions

    Directions:

Mix the liquid ingredients together and add to the bathwater.  Soak in the bath for 10 to 15 minutes.  Don’t soak too long or the skin will become drier.  Another option is the rub the mixture directly onto the skin prior to soaking.

Note:  The oil will leave a slight residue in the tub which cleansers will remove.  If you have dry itchy shins that no amount of moisturizer seems to help then this is the bath for you!
