    Ingredients

    • 1 1/3 cup warm water
    • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
    • 3 tbsp Ontario Honey
    • 1 1/2 cup unbleached bread flour
    • 1 1/2 cup hi rise whole wheat flour
    • 1/2 cup ground golden flaxseed
    • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
    • 1 1/2 tsp instant bread machine yeast

    Directions

Set your bread machine on multi-grain setting or, if you wish, do this on dough cycle, remove the dough, and shape into a loaf. Let it rise to double and bake in a 350°F oven until done (about 25-30 minutes).

Breads with lots of fiber are good for you - especially when they're made with honey. Enjoy!
